Roadmap Sessions

This 90 minute deep-dive session is designed to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface - the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that are keeping you stuck in cycles of overwhelm, disconnection, exhaustion, and despair. 


Together, we’ll:


  • Explore and Identify the mental, emotional, and physical factors that have been holding you back in life.
  • Clarify your vision for the life you truly want to create – aligned with your values and goals. 
  • Create a personalised roadmap that supports you in moving towards a life where you feel healthy, happy, energised, and fulfilled.


This session is the first step towards lasting transformation. 

Mindset & Wellbeing Coaching Sessions

These 60-minute sessions are designed to identify and gently release the emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and negative thought patterns that have been preventing you from living your optimal life. 

With personalised guidance and practical tools, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom and develop simple yet powerful habits that support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. 

Reignite Your Life Program

Are you ready to transform your mindset, sense of self-worth, and lifestyle in 2025?


If you’re longing to feel vibrant, healthy, and full of purpose — the Reignite Your Life Program may be exactly what you need.


This 12 week transformational journey is designed to help you reset your mindset and habits, reconnect with your authentic self, and create a sustainable lifestyle that enables you to truly thrive.

By the end of the Reignite Your Life Program, you will have:


  •  Released emotional blocks, outdated thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and behaviours that have been holding you back from living your best life.
  • Learned powerful tools and strategies to shift your thinking and create lasting, positive behaviour change.
  • Rediscovered who you are at your core - your values, strengths, qualities, and character - and embraced your unique self.
  • Created a balanced lifestyle that enables you to feel fit, strong, healthy, and vibrant.


What's included:


  • Initial 90 Minute Roadmap Session
    I’ll help you uncover what’s holding you back, clarify your goals, and create a personalised roadmap just for you.
  • 12 Week Personalised Wellbeing Plan
    Includes a movement plan tailored to your needs, nourishing meal and snack ideas, and supportive lifestyle habits to  nurture your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
  • 12 x 60 Minute Mindset & Wellbeing Coaching Sessions 

                    These 60-minute sessions are designed to identify and gently release the emotional blocks, 

                     limiting beliefs, and negative thought patterns that have been preventing you from living your 

                     optimal life. 

  • 2 x 20 Minute Consultations to go through your Personalised Wellbeing Plan
    Throughout the 12 weeks, you will receive an initial Personalised Wellbeing Plan. This will be revised after 6 weeks. We’ll go through each plan and make any adjustments that you need. 
  • Daily Accountability Support (Text or Email)
    Check-ins every day for 12 weeks to keep you inspired, on track, and feeling supported.
  • Creating Healthy Habits Workbook (Digital Copy)
    A resource to help you build routines that      feel effortless, sustainable, and supportive.

Vibrant You is designed for midlife women who are ready to release the habits that leave them feeling depleted and despairing—and step into a way of living that feels healthy, joyful, and vibrant.

This is not another quick fix. This is your invitation to real, lasting lifestyle change.

  • 6-Week Personalised Wellbeing Plan
    Includes a movement plan tailored to your needs, nourishing meal and snack ideas, and supportive lifestyle habits to nurture your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
  • 30-Minute Follow-Up Consultation
    We’ll walk through your plan together, answer questions, and make any adjustments to  ensure it feels aligned and achievable.
  • Creating Healthy Habits Workbook (Digital Copy)
    A beautiful resource to help you build routines that feel effortless, sustainable, and supportive.
  • Daily Accountability Support (Text or Email)
    Check-ins every day for 6 weeks to keep you inspired, on track, and feeling supported.

Daily Accountability

Support is provided 7 days per week via text or email.
